Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management
For some patients and certain mental health conditions, psychiatry and medication will be an integral part of the recovery and healing process. St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute is dedicated to providing individualized psychiatric services for patients who need this next step in their treatment.
Our psychiatrists provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management. SLBMI psychiatrists are compassionate and skilled physicians who understand that you may have questions and concerns about medication as a treatment modality.
They also know that adherence to a medication plan is strengthened by client understanding and agreement with a treatment plan. Therefore, they schedule individual sessions as needed to meet with clients as well as working closely with other members of the treatment team, such as individual and family therapists, to enhance the role of medication in treatment.
Given the demand for psychiatry services, availability for psychiatric services may fluctuate depending on the need. Please contact us to learn more about our current waitlist and psychiatry availability.
