Manju Pradhan, PhD
Manju Pradhan has received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Lehigh University. She also has an M.A. and Ed.M. in counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. Dr. Pradhan completed her pre-doctoral internship in behavioral management for patients with HIV/AIDS, cognitive rehabilitation needs and geriatric, life transitional and maintenance issues at Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital in Roosevelt Island, NY in 2002-2003. In addition, she completed a psychological residency at the St. Louis Behavioral Institute’s Anxiety Disorder Center in 2006-2007. Dr. Pradhan’s clinical and research interests include multicultural issues in mental health such as acculturative stress, Hindu/Buddhist scrupulosity, and racial/ethnic, spiritual and GLBT identity development. In addition, she works with children, adolescents and adult anxiety and obsessive compulsive spectrum disorders such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
