Child and Adolescent Services Director
Dr.
Flanery earned his PhD in Clincal Psychology at the
University of Wisconsin in Madison in 1983. He is an
associate professor of Community and Family Medicine
at St. Louis University School of Medicine. He is Director
of the Eating
Disorders Program and of Child and Adolescent Services
at the Saint Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute.
Dr.
Flanery has extensive experience in the treatment of
eating disorders and other child and adolescent conditions.
He frequently publishes and gives presentations on these
topics. He is a member of the American Psychological
Association, the Missouri Psychological Association,
the Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology,
and the Academy of Eating Disorders.
