Saint Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI), an academic affiliate of Saint Louis University School of Medicine, invites applicants for several important clinical positions. Saint Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute is a multidisciplinary group of clinicians including psychologists, social workers, physicians, nurses, spiritual directors, nutritionists, and physical therapists. Our primary mission is to provide state-of-the-art specialized services for various disorders and patient populations.

Our
Institute is growing and we are currently recruiting
psychologists to join us. We support our clinicians to
be successful in a number of ways. We offer a
centralized intake office, an efficient and
professionally run billing service, marketing support,
assistance in managing managed care, and consultation on
practice development. You will be part of a team of
excellent colleagues willing to share their clinical
expertise for case consultation, continuing education,
and program development. The Institute provides a
comprehensive benefits package, rarely found in private
practice, as well as professional liability insurance.

Institute’s benefit plan.
Specialty areas of current interest include, but are not
limited to: 1) Headache and Chronic Pain; 2)
Anxiety Disorders – youth and adults; 3)
Integration of Psychology and Religion/Spirituality;
4) Geriatrics.

eligible for licensure in Missouri, 2) be on managed
care panels, 3) have significant experience in
outpatient treatment with an area of specialty interest,
4) be familiar with cognitive behavioral therapy.
