Musculoskeletal Pain / Musculoskeletal Problems

After a thorough medical evaluation rules out more specific diagnoses, this is a non-diagnostic term applied to any general painful condition involving the muscles or skeletal bones and joints.  Treatment may include medication, biofeedback, relaxation therapy and physical therapy; there is a wide-range of other medical approaches available, if necessary.  Stretching, strengthening, conditioning, modalities, posture correction and functional training can help reduce pain and contribute to a positive outcome.
