Dr.
Adkins is a licensed clinical psychologist & staff
therapist in the Saint Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute
(SLBMI) Psychology & Religion Program. Dr. Adkins,
who is also a nurse, is especially well informed about
the needs and experiences of persons with medical conditions.
Dr.
Adkins has particular interest in working with persons
who are confronted with a life-threatening illness or
who are adjusting to other serious medical conditions.
Dr. Adkins has special training in the integration of
spirituality into the case of clients and enjoys working
with persons of faith.
