    The Yale Journal of Biology and Medicine (2013) discusses the importance of nutrition in later stages of pregnancy care.  Nutritional intervention may help lessen depression in pregnancy.  Nutritional Services During and After Pregnancy are an additional way to help you have a positive experience and increased energy.

    Maiya Ingram, MS, MPH, RD, LD, our Program nutritionist, can help pregnant and postpartum women develop a personal plans for the best nourishment.

    A Nutrition Assessment addresses:

    • Nutritional intake vs. energy requirements via a meal plan
    • Increased nutritional requirements (pregnancy, breastfeeding)

    • Supplementing/dietary provision of:
